As the current President and CEO of Focal Point Medical Staffing, Inc., Ms. Herring has successfully created job stability, helped stabilize the critical need for medical staffing since 2019, and continued to maintain excellence in healthcare throughout a global pandemic. Offering COVID-19 testing and ensuring facilities could continue to give excellent care to patients.
Since the startup of her staffing agency, Ms. Herring has increased her clientele across seven states, expanded her team to over 2000 skilled, certified, and trained employees, and grossed over 7+ figures within her first ten months.
Burgundi Herring has not only become a household name in the medical industry but a matriarch and a global solution to a critical need for agencies and employees.
